Population: TBI; Age Range=23-37 yr; Gender: Male=4, Female=0.

Intervention: Patients were treated in two, 3 wk blocks of oral pramiracetam (400 mg, 2x/d) and placebo over 12wk.

Outcome Measure:  Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS), Selective Reminding Test, Trail Making Test A&B, Finger Tapping Test, Digit Symbol Test, Word Fluency Test.

1.        Improvements in immediate and delayed recall in the WMS (logical memory and selecting reminding test) were found for the treatment group.
